We are happy to receive new patients to our office. As a first time guest we recommend filling out the paperwork in the comfort of your own home to save you time during your appointment. Insurance and payment information
Our staff is excellent at handling your personal insurance. We accept many traditional insurance plans, however, we do not participate in HMO’s or capitation programs. Please contact us to verify your insurance. As a courtesy to you, we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf.
We also offer financing options for your convenience. We are currently partnered with Care Credit. Many of our patients take advantage of this opportunity to finance their dental needs. If you believe you will seek financing for your treatment you may fill out an application online before your appointment by clicking HERE. Our staff will also be happy to fill out the application for you while you are in our office.
