Diagnostics

During your exam we will use many diagnostic measures to evaluate your needs. These include digital radiographs, photographs, intraoral camera, and detailed impressions of your teeth if needed. You will also receive an extensive clinical exam that includes an evaluation of tooth decay, comprehensive periodontal evaluation, and oral cancer screening. Our patients often want to improve the beauty of their teeth, so we will also evaluate any cosmetic concerns and discuss the many procedures we can use to transform your smile.
Cleanings / Periodontal Care

Crowns & Bridges
When teeth are fractured, severely discolored, or missing, the best option may be a crown or bridge. Crowns are used to restore individual teeth, and bridges are used to replace missing teeth if implants are not an option. We can also use crowns and bridges to straighten the appearance of teeth if orthodontic care is not chosen. Many times we will use crowns as the best cosmetic option for a patient, and the results are beautiful!
Root Canal Therapy

Sleep Apnea & Snoring
Interrupted sleep and snoring can be a serious burden on your health and lifestyle. As a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Roger Bohannan has studied extensively on dental intervention used in the treatment of sleep apnea. We will often coordinate our treatment with a sleep clinic and physician so that a proper diagnosis is made. The dental appliance we offer can gently open your airway so that you can breathe peacefully during the night. Patients and spouses also enjoy the decrease in snoring this appliance gives them. Who would guess that a great night's sleep could come from your dentist?
TMJ
Many people suffer from joint dysfunction in their jaw that can often be treated with intervention therapy. Common symptoms include popping and clicking sounds on mouth opening as well as frequent jaw pain. Many people often experience headaches and muscle tension in their head and neck area that may be connected to joint problems. We will perform a complete head and neck evaluation and clinical exam so that we can offer you the best treatment.
